YSEALI exchange alumni from 10 countries in Southeast Asia gathered in Bangkok, Thailand to develop their capacity in leadership, project management, volunteer management, and event management in order to create quality, goal-driven initiatives in their countries. Their community projects aligned with the themes of the YSEALI YOUnified service campaign in December 2016. The goal of this seminar was to institutionalize the YSEALI alumni network and bolster the leadership skills of alumni to make positive impacts in their communities.
