Illicit Networks: Preventing and Combatting Trafficking

Exchange alumni from 20 U.S. States and one country, representing 16 exchange programs gathered in Washington, DC to share best practices and challenges in preventing and combatting trafficking of persons, wildlife, antiquities, and other illegal goods or services. Participants discussed challenges related to building communities resilient against trafficking networks and inclusive of its reintegrated victims.
