Empowering Communities, Delivering Results

After each seminar, participants are eligible to apply for the Alumni TIES small grant. Alumni TIES small grants (up to $10,000 USD per grant) are awarded on a competitive basis, based on the proposed project’s connection to the seminar’s theme, innovation, feasibility, realistic timeline, and participatory approach to community engagement.

Since 2016, the Alumni TIES program has awarded 210 small grants to Alumni TIES participants. These small grant projects have affected the lives of people in 250 communities around the world.
