Exchange alumni from nine countries in the Middle East and North Africa, representing academia, business, and workforce development programs gathered in Casablanca, Morocco to share best practices and challenges related to job creation and the employability of youth and women across the region. Alumni participants were not only provided with knowledge about workforce development and entrepreneurship, but also gained skills in career development, professional networking, and marketing by exploring strategies for branding, social media, and storytelling.
